The promotion of frequency bands at international level takes place within world conferences in the field of radio broadcasting. All the member states of International Telecommunication Union http://www.itu.int/ participate in these conferences.

       The Republic of Moldova has been a member of the International Telecommunication Union since 1992.

       Coordinating Council of Audiovisual http://www.cca.md/ is the individual public authority in the field of radio and TV broadcasting in the Republic of Moldova. It regulates and coordinates the activity of companies, studios, stations, organisations and other agents in the field of Audiovisual.

       National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology http://www.anrceti.md is the authority that regulates the activity in the field of electronic communications and information technology, assures the implementation of strategies of mentioned domains development and monitors legislation compliance by the networks and/or communication services deliverers in the field of electronic communications.
